You cannot have exceptional food without exceptional ingredient. We source most of our food locally, ensuring it is fresh, picked in its prime and of perfect quality. 

For ingredient that we cannot source locally, we only bring in the top selections to make sure that every bite is memorable!

  • Fruit and Vegetables are sourced from local markets and gardens.

  • We only use top quality beef, chicken and pork.

  • We know spices add the zap to make food amazing, so we only use the best!
